World Book Day - School uniform as usual.

School uniform as usual. Following feedback from parents/carers and our Parent Reps, this year we are NOT asking the children to dress up. We are using World Book Day this year to start our ‘Book Bank’. Children are invited to bring in 2 books to school - one that they would like to read during the day and take home again and a 2nd book to go into our ‘Book Bank’.
The children can choose a book from the Book Bank to take home but unlike a library, where the book has to be returned, the children can keep the book. All we ask is that in return for taking a book, you replace it in the Book Bank with one that another child might like to read. Recycling and reusing in the best possible way!
